Breaking Down Iowa’s 2021-22 Women’s Basketball Schedule

Iowa’s women’s basketball team has eight teams that were in the top 100 in the NCAA’s NET rankings in its 2021-22 nonconference schedule.

The Hawkeyes’ full schedule, including an 18-game Big Ten schedule, was released on Wednesday.

The Hawkeyes are coming off a 20-10 season that including a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA tournament. All five starters return, including consensus All-American guard Caitlin Clark, who led the nation in scoring (26.6 ppg) and assists (214), and forward Monika Czinano, who led the nation in field-goal percentage (.668).
