WIU Women’s Schedule Released

By JOHN BOHNENKAMP Western Illinois’ women’s basketball team will have road games with Iowa and Drake and a home game with Bradley on its 2025-26 nonconference schedule. The Leathernecks’ entire schedule, which includes seven nonconference regular-season home games, was released on Thursday. Western Illinois brings back four starters from last season’s 17-17 team — Raegan McCowan (22.3 ppg, 7.3 rpg), Mia Nicastro (15.3 ppg, 7.3 rpg), Addi Brownfield (8.5 ppg, 5.3 rpg) and Allie Meadows (7.6 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 3.1 apg).
